ob Summary We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled SAP ABAP Competency Lead to join our growing team in Ahmedabad The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading ABAP development efforts mentoring junior developers managing project deliveries and ensuring high-quality coding standards across the team Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the SAP ABAP development team across multiple projects Design develop test and maintain custom ABAP programs reports interfaces enhancements forms RICEFW Drive solution architecture and technical design for SAP ABAP development across modules MM SD FICO PP etc Provide expert-level support in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Guide and mentor junior ABAP developers and conduct code reviews Participate in project planning estimation and status reporting Support S 4HANA migration or implementation projects if applicable Technical Skills Strong command over Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP Proficiency in RICEF Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements and Forms SAP Script SmartForms Adobe Experience with ALE IDocs BAPIs BADIs User Exits Enhancements BDC and LSMW Familiarity with SAP Fiori OData and CDS Views is a plus Knowledge of S 4HANA ABAP programming techniques AMDP CDS etc preferred Soft Skills Solid leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
