We are looking for a Creative Administrative Executive who is passionate about both design and organization The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design Photoshop Canva social media management and basic administrative coordination You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content managing our online presence and assisting with daily academy operations Key Responsibilities Design posters social media creatives and promotional materials using Photoshop Canva Plan schedule and manage posts across Instagram Facebook and other social media platforms Capture and edit photos videos of academy events classes and student activities Maintain engagement on social media by responding to comments and messages Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling classes handling inquiries maintaining student records and supporting office operations Coordinate with faculty and management for event planning and communication Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Canva basic video editing is a plus Good understanding of social media trends and content strategy Excellent communication and multitasking skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office Google Workspace Passion for music art or creative industries is an added advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
