Role Overview We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in manual testing test strategy and team leadership Experience in the travel domain airline hotel bookings travel platforms GDS OTA etc is mandatory The ideal candidate will lead the QA team ensure quality delivery and define robust testing processes Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the QA team ensuring high-quality deliverables Define implement and maintain test strategies plans and processes for multiple projects Conduct manual testing across web mobile and backend systems Collaborate closely with product development and business teams to understand requirements Ensure thorough test coverage functional regression integration system and UAT Identify defects track them to closure and ensure timely delivery Drive QA documentation test cases test scenarios traceability matrices test reports Improve QA best practices and optimize workflows for efficiency Coordinate with stakeholders for release planning and production validation Required Skills Experience 4-8 years of experience in Software Testing with at least 2 years in a lead role Mandatory travel domain experience airlines GDS hotel booking engines travel portals etc Strong hands-on skills in manual testing Proven experience in creating test strategies planning test cycles and leading QA teams Good understanding of SDLC STLC defect management and QA methodologies Experience with tools like JIRA TestRail Zephyr or similar Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Good to Have Exposure to API testing Postman Swagger Basic understanding of automation frameworks Selenium Playwright etc Knowledge of travel-specific systems Amadeus Sabre Galileo is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 435 788 29 - 1 600 000 00 per year Application Question s How many years of overall experience do you currently have What is your Current location What is your notice period in days What is your Expected CTC in LPA Max 16lpa Experience Manual Testing 4 years Required Test Strategy Writing 3 years Required Systems Development Life Cycle - SDLC 2 years Preferred Software Quality Assurance - SQA 2 years Preferred Jira 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
