Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with basic knowledge of IT products services The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls engaging with prospects understanding customer needs and supporting the sales process Key Responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products services Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions Maintain and update the CRM with call logs lead statuses and follow-up details Assist in achieving monthly quarterly sales targets Build and maintain good customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations Provide basic technical information or redirect queries to technical teams when required Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of IT concepts products Ability to handle customer conversations confidently Good negotiation and persuasion skills Strong follow-up and customer management abilities Basic computer literacy MS Office email communication CRM usage Qualifications Any graduate undergraduate with strong communication skills Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage Work Type Full time Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month
