1 Client Company Manufacturing Industry 2 Position Account Executive 3 Experience Required 1 To 2 Years 4 Salary Negotiable Salary - Rs 20000 PM to 27000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge 5 Job Location Bopal- Ambali Road Ahmedabad 6 Gender - Male Female 1 Utilise Tally software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations 2 Perform routine financial transactions such as recording invoices expenses receipts and payments and ensure proper coding and classification of all financial data 3 Prepare and process journal entries adjusting entries and month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting 4 Generate financial statements including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow statements using Tally software 5 Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and insights 6 Monitor and analyse financial performance highlighting variances and identifying areas for improvement 7 Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies accounting standards and regulatory requirements 8 Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance team members management and department heads to provide accurate and timely financial information and support decision-making 9 Assist in the preparation of tax returns ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations 10 Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in Tally software to leverage its capabilities effectively Qualifications Attributes 1 Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field 2 Proven experience in accounting and financial management preferably using Tally software 3 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices 4 Proficiency in using Tally software and other accounting software applications 5 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 6 Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting 7 Valuable understanding of taxation laws and regulations 8 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 9 Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English Gujarati and Hindi to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 10 High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information With Regards Priya HR (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
