We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and client-focused Accounts Manager Account Executive to join our team In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships overseeing account activity ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the company s financial and operational goals The ideal candidate is proactive strong in communication and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting onboarding of recent clients Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner Monitor account performance prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve results Work closely with internal teams finance sales operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services Oversee invoicing payments and account reconciliation as needed Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services Maintain accurate account records and documentation Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support Assist with developing and implementing account strategies to meet company targets Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Accounting Marketing or related field preferred Previous experience as an Account Manager Account Executive or similar role Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software e g HubSpot Salesforce Basic understanding of financial statements invoicing and account reconciliation Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Preferred Skills Experience as an accounts manager for a minimum of 2 to 3 yrs Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights Negotiation and contract management experience High attention to detail and accuracy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 620 75 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
