Job Overview We are looking for motivated and responsible Field Executives to conduct customer visits for KYC verification and assist customers in opening Kotak 811 digital bank accounts This is a field-based role suitable for individuals who enjoy meeting people and working independently Key Responsibilities Visit customers at their provided addresses to complete KYC Know Your Customer verification for Kotak Mahindra Bank Assist recent customers with opening Kotak 811 savings accounts using the official onboarding process Verify and collect necessary documents as per bank guidelines Ensure accuracy and compliance while completing all KYC procedures Maintain daily logs of completed visits and account openings Provide good customer service and represent the bank professionally Eligibility Criteria Minimum Qualification 10th 12th pass Graduates preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Smartphone with internet access is mandatory Must be comfortable with field work and travelling locally Experience in banking finance or sales is an advantage not mandatory Earnings Commission-Based 200 per completed KYC 400 per new Kotak 811 account opened Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
