Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills extensive construction site experience and proficiency with construction management software This role involves coordinating daily operations ensuring safety compliance managing project schedules and supervising in office personnel to deliver quality results efficiently and within scope The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining project timelines budgets and standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site ensuring adherence to project plans schematics and blueprints Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication Utilize construction management software such as Primavera P6 HeavyBid ProCore and Bluebeam for scheduling budgeting and documentation Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety standards OSHA compliant and quality specifications Read and interpret schematics blueprints and construction drawings accurately Manage safety protocols on-site to ensure OSHA compliance conduct safety meetings and enforce safety policies Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment manage contracts and subcontractor performance Supervise on-site personnel including subcontractors provide guidance training and performance feedback Maintain detailed records of project activities inspections incidents and progress reports Troubleshoot technical issues using tools such as ohmmeters ensure proper installation and functioning of systems like pipelines Experience Proven experience in construction management with a minimum of 3-5 years supervising construction sites or projects Strong familiarity with construction management software including Primavera P6 Bluebeam ProCore HeavyBid and schematics reading Demonstrated ability in project scheduling budgeting contracts management and construction estimating Extensive knowledge of construction site safety standards OSHA and quality control procedures Experience working with heavy civil projects pipelines or infrastructure projects is preferred Supervising teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on safety efficiency and quality standards Ability to read technical schematics and use measurement tools such as ohmmeters effectively This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in construction management Job Type Full-time Pay 27 00 - 28 63 per hour Work Location In person
