Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plumbing staff and contractors across multiple properties Inspect maintain and repair plumbing systems including water supply drainage fixtures and fire-safety systems Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and tenant inconvenience Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations Review blueprints and building plans to provide input on plumbing design and installation Manage inventory of plumbing tools equipment and spare parts Prepare reports on maintenance activities costs and project timelines Train and mentor plumbing staff Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues and coordinate quick resolutions Collaborate with other facilities teams electrical HVAC civil for integrated property maintenance Qualification Skills Diploma ITI Certification in Plumbing Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5-7 years of plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of plumbing codes safety standards and modern plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in maintenance management software is an advantage Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Supervise and coordinate plumbing staff and contractors across multiple properties Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
