Job description Job Title MEP Engineer Key Responsibilities Plan design and review Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP systems for specially for real estate projects Coordinate MEP works with architectural structural and civil teams Supervise installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems at site Ensure compliance with design specifications standards and safety norms Manage and monitor contractors performance progress and quality Resolve technical and coordination issues between site and design teams Prepare and review shop drawings material submittals and as-built drawings Support procurement of MEP materials and evaluate vendor proposals Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all project stages Prepare daily weekly progress and technical reports Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and fire-fighting systems Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP and MS Office Good understanding of building codes standards and safety requirements Strong analytical coordination and communication skills Qualifications B E B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 4-10 years of experience in MEP design execution and coordination in real estate or construction projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience MEP Engineer 3 years Required Civil site engineering 3 years Required Work Location In person
