Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced International Holiday Planner to join our travel team The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for global travel and customer service with expertise in curating personalized holiday packages to international destinations You will be responsible for understanding client needs offering tailored itineraries handling bookings and ensuring smooth travel experiences Key Responsibilities Understand client travel preferences budget and requirements to curate customized international holiday packages Research design and propose detailed itineraries including flights accommodations activities tours and local experiences Manage end-to-end booking process including visa assistance travel insurance forex and documentation Liaise with global vendors hotels local tour operators and airline partners for the best deals and seamless service Ensure all travel logistics are well-coordinated and provide real-time support during client travel Stay up-to-date with international travel trends travel advisories visa rules and destination-specific updates Handle client queries provide destination insights and deliver exceptional after-sales service Maintain accurate records of client preferences and trips for future travel planning Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality Business or related field 5 years of experience in international travel planning or related field In-depth knowledge of popular international travel destinations cultures and travel trends Excellent communication sales and interpersonal skills Proficient in using travel booking software GDS systems Amadeus Galileo etc and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail organization and time-management abilities Multilingual skills are a plus Job Type Full time Pay 700 000 00 - 1 100 000 00 per year Work Location In person
