We are looking for a dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs The Special Educator will create and implement individualized education plans provide specialized instruction and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure student success Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans IEPs Provide specialized instruction to students with learning disabilities or developmental needs Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individual student goals Assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers therapists and parents Maintain accurate documentation and reports Support classroom behavior management and inclusive practices Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education Certification or license in Special Education as required by state region Experience working with children with special needs Robust communication organizational and teamwork skills Patience empathy and a passion for helping students succeed Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
