Job Summary The Senior Accountant oversees day-to-day accounting operations ensures accurate financial reporting and supports compliance with statutory and organizational standards Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger activities including journal entries reconciliations and month-end closing Prepare financial statements MIS reports and variance analysis Handle accounts payable and receivable including vendor and customer reconciliation Review and ensure accurate GST TDS PF ESIC and other statutory compliance filings Monitor cash flow banking activities and fund management Support audits by preparing schedules and coordinating with internal external auditors Verify and approve expense claims invoices and payment processes Maintain asset registers and oversee depreciation calculations Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost analysis Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies Guide junior accounting staff and provide necessary training when required Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum 4-6 years of accounting experience senior-level experience preferred Solid knowledge of accounting standards taxation and statutory compliance Proficiency in Tally ERP systems and MS Excel Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively Preferred Experience in handling audits and financial reporting independently Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
