Job Title Senior Accountant Salary 35 000 per month Work Timing 10 30 AM to 7 30 PM Job Type Full-time Job Summary The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the school s overall accounting functions ensuring accuracy in financial records compliance with statutory requirements and timely reporting The role requires strong financial expertise attention to detail and the ability to handle school-specific accounting tasks Key Responsibilities1 Financial Management Maintain and update daily financial transactions Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations 2 Fee Management 2 Fee Management Oversee student fee collection and maintain accurate records Reconcile fee payments with the school management system Prepare fee reports for management review 3 Budgeting Reporting Assist in preparing annual budgets and projections Track budget variances and report deviations to management Provide financial analysis to support decision-making 4 Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with GST TDS PF ESI and other statutory requirements Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Prepare and file monthly annual returns as required by law 5 Payroll Management Process monthly payroll for teaching and non-teaching staff Maintain records of salaries advances deductions and overtime 6 Asset Inventory Management Maintain records of school assets and assist with annual stock audits Track purchases and vendor payments 7 Coordination Support Liaise with the principal admin team and management on financial matters Support administrative tasks when necessary Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience school experience preferred Strong knowledge of Tally accounting software Positive understanding of GST TDS and statutory compliances Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s Where do you live How many years of experience do you have in Accounting What is your present Salary Do you have pay slip Do you wants to do job in School Experience Accounting 4 years Required Work Location In person
