Job description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles financial statements and reporting requirements as well as experience with accounting software and systems Key Responsibilities Financial Recordkeeping Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers journals and statements Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions Accounts Payable and Receivable Process and track accounts payable AP and accounts receivable AR Review and verify invoices payments and receipts Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and collection of payments Monthly and Annual Closing Prepare and review monthly financial statements including income statement balance sheet and cash flow statement Assist in preparing for the annual audit and work with auditors to provide required documentation Tax Compliance Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations Monitor tax-related deadlines and ensure timely submissions Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Provide regular financial reports to support decision-making Internal Controls Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures Help maintain and improve accounting systems to ensure the accuracy of financial data Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on company performance trends and variances Support management with ad hoc financial analysis Experience Minimum 3 year experience required Job Type Full-time Pay 15 382 18 - 30 628 06 per month Advantages Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Health insurance Work Location In person
