Manage and oversee the CASA Current Account and Savings Account portfolio for the Mumbai region Develop and implement strategies to acquire current CASA customers and increase the overall CASA balance Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including branch managers sales teams and other departments Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CASA portfolio identifying and addressing any issues or risks Provide training and guidance to branch staff on CASA products and services Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives to enhance customer loyalty Prepare and present reports on CASA performance to senior management Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities
