Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures according to physician orders Prepare and position patients for imaging to ensure proper technique and safety Operate radiologic equipment and adjust settings to obtain clear images Ensure all equipment is maintained cleaned and functioning properly Follow radiation safety protocols and use protective gear when required Verify patient identity and review medical history before procedures Assist patients with limited mobility and provide compassionate care Maintain accurate patient records and upload images to PACS systems Collaborate with radiologists physicians and medical staff Comply with HIPAA and hospital policies regarding confidentiality Perform additional diagnostic tasks if trained e g fluoroscopy portable X-rays Qualifications State license or certification as an X-Ray Technician Radiologic Technologist required Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT certification preferred or required depending on state Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting preferred Knowledge of anatomy imaging techniques and radiation safety Basic computer and PACS software skills Skills Robust attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work in fast-paced medical environments Professional calm and compassionate demeanor Ability to lift or assist patients as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
