Company Overview Formost International Trading Pvt Ltd is a leading name in Kerala s school uniforms fabric and readymade showroom sector With multiple outlets and a strong manufacturing base we are committed to quality innovation and growth We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to strengthen our human resources team and support our expanding operations Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our uniform fabric and readymade showrooms as well as manufacturing units in and around Ernakulam Kochi Kerala The ideal candidate should have experience in statutory compliance payroll processing recruitment and employee relations using HRMS software with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations across uniform fabric and garment manufacturing units Handle payroll attendance and leave management Ensure compliance with statutory requirements Develop and implement HR policies Oversee recruitment interviews background verification and onboarding Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRMS Address employee relations grievances and conflict resolution Lead performance appraisal processes Conduct employee engagement and training programs Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field 3-4 years of HR experience preferably in the retail or textile garmenting industry Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Application Question s Do you have any experience in Uniform Fabric and Readymade showrooms Experience Human resources management 3 years Required Work Location In person
