Company Passary Refractories Pvt Ltd - MDO Office Location Raipur Plant Unit Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Process Head to oversee and optimize all process operations in our refractory manufacturing unit The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of refractory products plant processes and team handling Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end plant process operations Improve production efficiency quality and cycle time Monitor raw material flow batching mixing curing drying and finishing processes Coordinate with QC R D Maintenance and Dispatch teams Reduce rejection rates and troubleshoot process deviations Implement process improvements 5S Lean Kaizen Prepare daily weekly production and process reports Ensure safety compliance and process discipline Lead train and supervise process teams Qualifications B Tech Diploma in Ceramic Chemical Mechanical Metallurgy or related field 7-12 years experience in Refractory Ceramic Mineral Processing Strong knowledge of refractory manufacturing processes Good leadership and problem-solving skills Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
