Multi Skill Trainer - Electrical trains students in electrical installation maintenance safety and repair work as per industry standards and sector skill council guidelines The trainer ensures both theoretical and hands-on practical learning Key Responsibilities Conduct theory and practical sessions on electrical systems wiring installation and maintenance Train students on tools equipment handling and electrical safety procedures Teach topics like domestic industrial wiring motors control panels earthing and troubleshooting Prepare lesson plans training materials and workshop demonstrations Ensure compliance with safety standards during practical sessions Assess trainees through practical tests viva and written assessments Maintain training records attendance and evaluation sheets Guide trainees on industry requirements job roles and workplace readiness Support placement activities by preparing students for technical interviews Maintain lab equipment tools and ensure proper functioning of machines Key Skills Required Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems Ability to teach wiring panels motors and troubleshooting Good communication presentation skills Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance Knowledge of safety standards earthing load calculation PPE use Classroom management mentoring skills Basic MS Office reporting skills Qualification Diploma ITI Degree in Electrical Engineering Certification from relevant Sector Skill Council preferred Experience in electrical work or training is an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
