Job Title Junior Resident Doctor ICU Jobs in ST COLUMBUS HOSPITAL HAZARIBAGH Qualification MBBS degree from a recognized university Valid registration with the Medical Council of India MCI Work Experience 0-2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care unit Fresh graduates with a keen interest in critical care are also encouraged to apply ST COLUMBUS HOSPITAL HAZARIBAGH is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Resident Doctor to join our Intensive Care Unit ICU The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care monitoring critical patients and assisting in medical procedures This is an excellent opportunity for a young doctor to gain valuable experience in a state-of-the-art medical facility like ST COLUMBUS HOSPITAL HAZARIBAGH Responsibilities Monitor and assess the condition of ICU patients continuously Assist senior doctors in performing medical procedures and treatments at ST COLUMBUS HOSPITAL HAZARIBAGH Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including medical histories and treatment plans Respond promptly to changes in patients conditions and provide appropriate interventions Participate in daily rounds and discuss patient care with the multidisciplinary team Ensure all ICU equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions Communicate effectively with patients families providing updates on conditions and treatment plans Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment Assist in emergency situations and perform CPR and other life-saving measures as needed Requirements MBBS degree from a recognized university Valid registration with the Medical Council of India MCI with experience or interest in ICU care at ST COLUMBUS HOSPITAL 0-2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care unit Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Proficiency in using electronic medical records EMR systems Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Job Type Full-time Pay 55 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Work Location In person
