About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our healthcare team The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive work environment This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about people management and eager to build their career in healthcare HR Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately Support payroll processing and handle attendance management Assist in drafting HR policies letters and official communications Address employee queries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures Coordinate employee engagement activities training sessions and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with labor laws healthcare regulations and organizational policies Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and provide timely support Qualifications Requirements Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Experience 0 to 3 years freshers with robust interest in healthcare HR may apply Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
