We re looking for a detail-oriented hands-on Operations Manager to join our team You ll be at the heart of Krvvy s backend engine ensuring smooth order flow productive logistics and updated inventory systems What you ll do Manage daily operations and logistics using tools like Easyecom Shopify Unicommerce etc Oversee order processing and fulfillment through Shopify Quick Commerce and E-commerce Ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely restocking Monitor returns exchanges and delivery escalations Coordinate with customer support and warehouse teams to resolve pre and post-order issues Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements What we re looking for 2 years of experience in e-commerce or operations Working knowledge of Shopify and Easyecom Unicommerce is a bonus Strong Excel Google Sheets skills Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Excellent coordination and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
