We are seeking an experienced OTM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management OTM including OTM implementation and on-premises to cloud migration The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional knowledge strong solution-design capabilities and the ability to lead end-to-end OTM projects while guiding teams throughout the implementation lifecycle Skills Required Oracle Transportation Management OTM - Must Have OTM Cloud OTM On-Prem Cloud Migration Mandatory SQL DevOps Agile Methodology Strong troubleshooting solution design skills Experience 10 years in OTM implementation and migration projects Location Remote Notice Period Immediate to 15 Days preferred Lead OTM implementation projects including design configuration integration and deployment Drive OTM on-premise to OTM Cloud migration with complete hands-on ownership Engage with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions Perform advanced OTM configurations including workflows automation agents planning rules and agents Analyze legacy systems and define migration strategies data mappings and cutover plans Provide guidance to team members and ensure best practices are implemented Work closely with DevOps teams for CI CD pipeline creation and deployment activities Assist with performance tuning issue resolution and UAT support Collaborate within Agile frameworks participating in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end OTM solution design and implementation Perform hands-on OTM Cloud migration Troubleshoot complex OTM and integration issues Provide architectural and strategic recommendations Align functional and technical requirements with stakeholders Prepare documentation configuration details and migration checklists Mentor junior team members Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Job Type Full time Pay 2 000 000 00 - 3 000 000 00 per year
