Role MES Support Analyst Experience 2-6 Years Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing applications by resolving support issues quickly and effectively Collaborate with plant teams managers and developers to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance Provide reliable 24x7 support including shift coverage during critical production periods Document solutions and share knowledge to strengthen team capability and support consistency Support new application rollouts and contribute to continuous improvement of MES and manufacturing systems Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in supporting MES or manufacturing applications Hands-on experience with Ignition and SQL Server Solid understanding of manufacturing processes Solid communication documentation and training skills Preferred Qualifications Prior support experience with any MES tool Knowledge of ITIL processes and strong problem-solving capability Experience working in 24x7 shifts Openness to cross-plant collaboration and driving process improvements A proactive and can-do attitude
