Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the North regions. The ideal candidate should possess a background in field services related to automation, coupled with a strong sales presence. A comprehensive grasp of industrial automation products and a proven track record of driving sales growth and fostering enduring customer relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with the company's goals
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients in the designated regions
- Take charge of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to successful deal closure, ensuring the attainment of sales targets

Services Commissioning:
- Oversee and coordinate the successful commissioning of machines at customers' locations
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation, setup, and testing of machines




- Offer technical support to clients during the commissioning process, promptly addressing challenges and issues
- Demonstrate proficiency in Panels, Instruments, standard signals, Wiring Drawings (SLD), and Hydraulics systems

Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with key customers and stakeholders, gaining insights into their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

Market Analysis and Insights:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential obstacles
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and product enhancements

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performan
