We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Export Operations Executive to manage the full lifecycle of international export shipments This is a crucial role for a proactive individual with strong expertise in freight forwarding customs clearance and meticulous follow-up Key Responsibilities Shipment Management Manage the entire export process Air and Sea Freight including booking documentation tracking and communication with clients carriers and overseas agents Documentation Compliance Prepare verify and process all essential export documents BL AWB Shipping Bills etc ensuring full compliance with customs and international trade regulations Customs Coordination Efficiently coordinate with Customs House Agents CHAs to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance procedures for all cargo Client Communication Serve as the primary contact for clients providing regular updates handling inquiries and proactively resolving operational challenges delays discrepancies Vendor Liaison Liaise with shipping lines airlines and transporters to negotiate space and ensure the smooth cost-effective movement of goods Rigorous Follow-Up Maintain a solid follow-up system for all pending shipments documentation and operational tasks to prevent delays Required Skills Qualifications Experience 2-4 years of proven experience in Export Operations within the International Logistics Freight Forwarding or Customs Clearance industries Communication Excellent verbal and written English skills ability to communicate professionally with clients and authorities Working Skills Demonstrated strong follow-up abilities exceptional organizational skills and proven problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Familiarity with logistics ERP software is a plus Education Graduate in any discipline Logistics or International Business degree preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
