Job Title Sweet Store Manager Location HSR Layout Salary 30 000 per month About the Role We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sweet outlet The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing reputed sweet or food retail outlets e g Haldiram s Bikanervala Adyar Ananda Bhavan etc and must be well-versed in handling billing and order management through the Petpooja app Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations including sales billing and inventory management Manage and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction Handle billing and order processing using the Petpooja app mandatory Maintain hygiene quality and presentation standards at all times Handle customer queries feedback and complaints professionally Track and report daily sales and expenses to management Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment Ensure adherence to company policies food safety and compliance standards Requirements 2-4 years of experience in managing a sweet shop or food retail outlet Haldiram s Bikanervala etc Hands-on experience with the Petpooja billing app is mandatory Strong communication leadership and customer service skills Basic knowledge of inventory and sales tracking Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and festive seasons Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 28 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
