Position Overview Primary Responsibilities Design and deliver creative daily lesson plans incorporating stories music arts crafts indoor outdoor play and other developmentally appropriate activities Support the overall development of children aged 2-5 years across social emotional cognitive and physical domains Maintain a clean safe and engaging classroom environment while following all health and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to plan curriculum organize classroom activities and participate in school events Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates progress reports and informal discussions to support each child s learning journey Required Qualifications Skills A bachelor s degree preferably in Early Childhood Education B Ed or a related field Certification in early childhood education such as NTT NPTT ECCE or Montessori training 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or playschool setting is preferred however freshers with a relevant diploma are welcome to apply Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi written and spoken Job Type Full time Work Location In person
