Smartsheet with third-party tools e g Microsoft 365 Salesforce Jira Power BI Excel Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Maintain documentation for all developed solutions and workflows Develop and maintain Smartsheet and other reports and dashboards for various end users and departments both within and outside of IT This will include data from multiple sources including Smartsheet and SAP Support other team members working with Smart sheets including but not limited to BSMs BAs Project Managers Finance Team Resource Managers PMO and DO team members Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic initiatives Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and the sheets Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and reporting metrics Train users on interpreting reports and dashboards Serve as the system administrator for Smartsheet managing user access permissions and licensing Provide technical support and training to users across departments Create training material and guides etc and publish them for the use of Smartsheet PPM users Oversee the structure and configuration of the Smartsheet-based PPM tool to support portfolio-level visibility and reporting Ensure data integrity across all project sheets reports and dashboards Collaborate with BSMs BAs PMO Resource team managers and project managers to define and enforce data standards naming conventions and protocols Define and publish data standards naming conventions and protocols Conduct regular audits of project data to identify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps Process Improvement Governance Develop and maintain documentation for Smartsheet processes templates and governance policies to enable the data to be valid and accurate within the system Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting capabilities Stay current with Smartsheet product updates and best practices to continuously enhance the toolset Work with the Smartsheet Developer to define areas of improvement U nderstand the needs of resource planning within Smartsheet Qualifications 5-7 years of experience with Smartsheet development and reporting Proficiency in Smartsheet Control Center Resource Managemen t Dynamic View and administration Experience with APIs scripting e g JavaScript Python and integration platforms Zapier Workato would be beneficial Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience in project portfolio
