Job Summary The Production Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and controlling all manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are met in terms of quality quantity cost and delivery The role involves managing manpower machinery materials and methods effectively to achieve operational excellence and maintain high standards of safety and compliance Key Responsibilities Plan and organize production schedules based on customer requirements and delivery commitments Supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency Ensure adherence to quality standards safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with the Maintenance Quality and Stores departments to minimize downtime and material shortages Analyse production data track KPIs and prepare daily weekly and monthly reports Manage manpower allocation shift scheduling and employee performance in the production area Control production costs through effective resource utilization and waste reduction Identify training needs and guide production staff to maintain high skill levels and motivation Support continuous improvement initiatives 5S Kaizen Lean Manufacturing etc Liaise with management and other departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering preferred 20 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations Solid knowledge of production planning process control and quality management systems Experience in manpower management and shop floor supervision Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
