Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction activities at the site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Ensure adherence to project specifications drawings and quality standards Coordinate with architects contractors subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution Monitor and maintain safety standards at the site Prepare daily weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site promptly Assist in procurement and inventory management of construction materials Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects Solid knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and project management software Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Knowledge of project cost control and budgeting Experience with quality control and safety audits Job Type Full-time Pay 12 695 30 - 44 471 55 per month Work Location In person
