Job Title HR Recruitment Intern Location Khar west Duration 3 to 6 Months Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening scheduling and onboarding candidates This role is ideal for someone eager to learn practical HR functions in a rapid-paced business workplace Key Responsibilities Assist the HR team in posting job openings across job portals and social media Source and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers Support in drafting offer letters and joining documentation Coordinate with candidates during onboarding and induction Assist in creating recruitment reports and MIS updates Support HR team in other administrative and operational tasks as required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or pursuing in HR Management Psychology or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Excel Word and Google Sheets Ability to multitask organize and meet deadlines Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
