About Terrace Garden India Terrace Garden India is a leading company specializing in designing and building sustainable and aesthetic green spaces including terrace gardens vertical gardens landscape projects and eco-friendly outdoor environments We blend creativity with functionality to transform ordinary spaces into green sanctuaries We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Civil Engineer cum Project Coordinator to join our team The ideal candidate should have a strong civil engineering background along with project management capabilities This role involves coordinating in office execution ensuring quality and timely delivery and acting as a bridge between the design execution and client servicing teams Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage on-site execution of terrace garden and landscape projects Coordinate with vendors site workers and internal teams for seamless project implementation Read and interpret technical drawings plans and structural designs Ensure work quality safety standards and compliance with design specifications Maintain project timelines and regularly report project status to management Conduct site visits inspections and ensure adherence to project milestones Handle client communication during project execution and resolve on-site challenges Prepare BOQs material lists and assist in procurement coordination Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 1-4 years of experience in civil execution or site coordination experience in landscaping waterproofing or terrace work is a plus Strong project management and multitasking abilities Good communication and client-handling skills Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD basic and project reporting tools Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Willingness to travel to sites as required What We Offer Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Civil engineering 3 years Required Location Dwarka Delhi Delhi Required Work Location In person
