We are seeking a skilled POS Machine Field Service Engineer to install maintain and repair Point-of-Sale POS systems at customer locations The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in hardware troubleshooting software installation and networking along with excellent customer service skills Key Responsibilities Install configure and test POS systems card readers barcode scanners and receipt printers at client sites Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to POS machines Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades Provide technical support and training to end-users on POS functionalities Maintain service records and report issues promptly Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues Travel to customer locations as required Requirements Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting networking and software installation Valid driver s license and willingness to travel Requirements Experience with POS brands like Verifone Ingenico or NCR Hitachi Postransact Bill Box Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Advantages Paid time off Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
