Job Title Assistant Creative Manager Creative Associate Designation to be finalized Experience 3-4 years Reporting to CGO Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled creative professional to join our growing QSR brand The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite comfortable working on Apple macOS and have a sharp eye for design across digital and print platforms This role involves developing visual content that brings our brand to life across all customer touchpoints - from social media and web to packaging and internal documents Key Responsibilities Digital Social Media Design Design static posts short-format videos reels stories GIFs and creatives for social media platforms and website Collaborate with marketing agencies to provide timely design support for ongoing campaigns and brand storytelling Print Packaging Design Design menus posters stickers in-store branding elements packaging materials and merchandise Work closely with vendors for print production ensuring accuracy and quality in output Corporate Internal Communication Create and maintain branded corporate documents presentation templates and other visual formats required by internal teams Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials Coordination Collaboration Liaise with external marketing and content agencies for social media and campaign planning Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creatives for functional needs training decks SOP sheets recruitment posts etc Requirements Bachelor s degree in Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field Preferred 3-4 years of hands-on experience in creative design roles preferably in F B QSR FMCG industries Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects Experience working on Apple iOS macOS environment Ability to handle a wide range of creative tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats Strong attention to detail layout sense and a keen visual aesthetic Good communication and project coordination skills Nice to Have Experience in food photography or video editing Knowledge of print production techniques and vendor management Exposure to CorelDraw or other collaborative design tools Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced QSR workplace Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
