LILO LIVELOCAL E-COMM PRIVATE LIMITED is a rapidly growing e-commerce platform connecting customers with trusted local stores and service providers across Trivandrum We are expanding our operational network and seeking an energetic and responsible individual to support our Operations team in managing day-to-day operations efficiently Role Overview The Jr Operations Assistant will work closely with the Operations Assistant to ensure smooth functioning of company kiosks across Trivandrum The role involves coordinating with delivery teams kiosk coordinators and the finance team to maintain operational excellence and ensure timely order delivery Key Responsibilities Assist the Operations Assistant in managing the daily operations of company kiosks across Trivandrum Assign duties and schedules for delivery boys at various kiosk locations Support in the recruitment and onboarding of delivery personnel Monitor delivery boys and kiosk coordinators to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries Coordinate with the Finance Team to complete daily reconciliation and submit reports Support kiosk coordinators by resolving operational issues and ensuring adequate order flow Make daily customer calls to encourage minimum order placements at kiosks and ensure customer satisfaction Step in to deliver customer orders personally when required to maintain service quality Maintain reports on daily operational activities attendance and performance metrics Ensure adherence to company policies customer satisfaction standards and operational timelines Requirements Qualification Plus Two or above Experience 0 to 6 months in operations logistics or related fields freshers can apply Skills Basic computer knowledge MS Excel Google Sheets etc Positive communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of local areas in Trivandrum Ability to multitask handle pressure and work on-field when required Willingness to travel across kiosk locations within Trivandrum Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
