We Requires Architect - Residential Buildings for a Construction Company at Chembur Job Title Architect - Residential Buildings Experience Level 8 years Qualification Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture Location- Chembur Job Role - Seeking an experienced and visionary Architect with a strong background in residential and commercial building design and development The ideal candidate will co-ordinate and be responsible for architectural design from concept through construction for a wide range of residential projects including single-family homes multi-unit developments and high-end custom residences This role combines creative leadership project management and technical expertise to deliver outstanding results Key Responsibilities Lead the design planning and development of residential projects from initial concept through construction documentation and completion Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions Ensure compliance with local building codes zoning regulations and sustainability standards Oversee the preparation and coordination of architectural drawings specifications and presentations Coordinate with consultants engineers contractors and stakeholders throughout all project phases Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality of construction Review and approve contractor submittals and respond to RFIs during the construction phase Drive innovation in residential design material selection and building technology Stay up-to-date on industry trends technologies and regulatory changes Material and vendor discovery including but not limited to selection of material cost comparisons etc Preparation of PPTs for redevelopment bids Key Skills Competencies Experience with custom high-end residential projects or affordable housing developments Familiarity with BIM workflows and integrated project delivery Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Microsoft Office Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent understanding of construction methods building systems and detailing Strong leadership project management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Interior design or landscape design experience is advantageous Working Days Monday to Saturday 09 30am to 5 30pm Notes If above details suitable your profile then kindly forward your updates Resume on jyotsna fasttrackjobs gmail com with Below Details Experience Current Salary Expected Salary Notice Period Also Share This opportunity to Your Friends circle who need Job Feel free to call Regards Jyotsna T 93097 57771 Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 200 000 00 per month
