We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop implement track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts tools and strategies Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM email social media and display advertising Manage and maintain the company s social media presence Facebook Instagram LinkedIn X TikTok etc Develop engaging content for social media blogs email and websites Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals ROI and KPIs Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field Proven experience in digital marketing or related role 1-3 years minimum preferred Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e g Google Analytics SEMrush Hotjar Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Facebook Instagram campaigns Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus Robust analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools e g HubSpot Mailchimp Zoho is a plus Excellent communication organization and multitasking skills Preferred Skills Graphic design skills e g Canva Adobe Creative Suite Video editing skills for reels shorts or YouTube content Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
