Role Overview The MIS Executive is responsible for managing analyzing and reporting business data to support decision-making across departments The role involves maintaining databases preparing reports ensuring data accuracy and providing insights that enhance business performance and efficiency Key Responsibilities Collect analyze and interpret data from various sources for management decision-making Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness Develop and maintain dashboards performance trackers and automated reporting systems Coordinate with different departments Sales Finance Operations HR etc to gather and validate data Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations Generate business performance insights and provide recommendations to improve efficiency Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols Assist in implementing ERP MIS tools and contribute to process automation initiatives Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc and reporting tools Positive communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in data management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
