We are seeking an experienced professional with solid expertise in microbiology-based biofertilizer production The ideal candidate will bring a solid academic background and practical experience in microbial culture mass production and formulation of biofertilizers You will be responsible for managing production processes ensuring quality standards and contributing to product innovation in line with agricultural needs Key Responsibilities Oversee the production of microbiology-based bio fertilizers including nitrogen-fixing bacteria phosphate soliloquizing microbes and other beneficial strains Conduct strain maintenance culture up scaling and quality control of microbial formulations Develop and optimize production protocols for liquid and carrier-based bio fertilizers Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and quality certifications Collaborate with R D teams to develop new microbial formulations and improve existing ones Maintain proper documentation SOPs and batch records Train production staff and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for raw materials equipment and scaling up production Qualifications Requirements Educational Qualification Minimum M Sc in Microbiology Biotechnology Agricultural Microbiology mandatory Ph D in related field will be an added advantage Experience At least 2 years of hands-on experience in production of microbiology-based biofertilizers Experience with microbial fermentation bioreactor handling and downstream processing preferred Skills Required Strong knowledge of microbial culture techniques and bio fertilizer formulations Familiarity with Indian bio fertilizer standards FCO guidelines Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end production processes Good communication documentation and leadership skills What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge biofertilizer technologies contributing to sustainable agriculture Collaborative work environment with exposure to both R D and large-scale production Competitive salary with growth opportunities What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge biofertilizer technologies contributing to sustainable agriculture Collaborative work environment with exposure to both R D and large-scale production Competitive salary with growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 87 220 23 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
