About GrowiT GrowiT India is the agricultural arm of Alpha Plastomers Private Limited and was born with the intention to manufacture advanced and creative products that ensure optimum quality and yield for the Indian Agricultural Farming Industry while lowering its carbon footprint Our goal is to be your go-to partners for major protective farming products such as plastic mulch film shade nets crop fruit covers Vermi beds mulch laying hole punching machines and Agri wires that will ensure sustainable efficient and cost-effective agricultural practices Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance Accounts team in Surat The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations ensure accurate financial reporting maintain compliance with statutory regulations and mentor junior staff This role requires strong analytical skills hands-on experience with accounting software and the ability to lead and collaborate across teams Responsibilities Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable receivable and bank reconciliations Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements MIS reports and management dashboards Ensure compliance with Ind AS GAAP GST TDS and other statutory requirements Manage GST TDS and other tax filings and coordinate with tax advisors Supervise and mentor junior accountants review work and provide technical guidance Handle fixed asset accounting depreciation and reconciliations Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audits Strengthen internal controls accounting policies and processes Liaise with banks vendors consultants and tax authorities on financial matters Support Finance Manager Head of Finance on strategic initiatives and special projects Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or related field CA Inter Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant M Com or equivalent 3-4 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance with at least 2 years in a senior role Strong exposure to statutory compliance GST TDS Income Tax and audit processes Experience in MIS reporting budgeting and variance analysis preferred Skills Accounting software Tally Prime QuickBooks SAP Oracle or similar Advanced Excel skills Financial reporting and analysis Account reconciliation Regulatory compliance GST TDS Income Tax Team supervision and mentoring Attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund
