Quality Control Inspector - Garment Production Location Thrissur Kerala Company Linen Trail - India s Quiet Luxury Linen Label About the Role We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our production team at Linen Trail The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of apparel fit finish and fall You will be responsible for ensuring that every garment produced meets our high standards of craftsmanship before it reaches the customer Key Responsibilities Inspect garments at different stages of production - cutting stitching finishing - to ensure quality standards are met Check fit stitching accuracy finishing fall of fabric and overall workmanship Identify defects inconsistencies or deviations from approved samples specifications Provide feedback to the production team to prevent recurring issues Maintain quality check records and daily inspection reports Ensure packing and labeling meets brand guidelines Work closely with production supervisors to resolve quality concerns quickly Requirements Prior experience in garment manufacturing apparel quality control minimum 2-3 years preferred Strong knowledge of garment construction stitching techniques and finishing processes Ability to spot defects related to stitching measurements fabric handling and finishing Understanding of how linen and premium fabrics behave in terms of drape fit and fall is a plus Attention to detail patience and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic record-keeping and reporting skills What We Offer Chance to be part of a fast-growing premium slow fashion brand A supportive work environment with a focus on craftsmanship and quality Competitive salary performance-based incentives and growth opportunities within the organization How to Apply Please apply directly via Indeed with your updated resume and a short note on your experience in garment quality control Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
