- ATE Proposal Preparation Team Role Overview The ATE Proposal Preparation team is responsible for preparing high-quality technically sound and commercially competitive proposals for Automated Test Equipment ATE solutions across domains such as Automotive 2G 3G 4G and 5G Telecom and Industrial Electronics The role involves close collaboration with Sales Engineering and Project Management teams to deliver accurate cost estimates technical write-ups and compliance matrices in line with customer requirements and organizational strategy Key Responsibilities Proposal Development Analyze RFPs RFQs customer specifications and compliance documents Define ATE solution architecture hardware software interfaces and instrumentation Prepare detailed technical write-ups system block diagrams and compliance matrices Draft proposals quotations and supporting documents in coordination with business teams Costing Estimation Work with engineering to estimate BOM licensing engineering effort and services Create cost models price-to-win strategies and margin calculations Ensure proposals are both technically feasible and commercially viable Collaboration Coordination Collaborate with Sales Business Development to tailor solutions to customer needs Coordinate with cross-functional teams Design Integration Supply Chain Quality for inputs Present solutions to internal stakeholders and support customer clarifications Process Documentation Maintain proposal templates documentation standards and bid libraries Ensure adherence to company proposal processes and quality standards Track proposal status risks and lessons learned for continuous improvement Required Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s Master s in Electronics Electrical Instrumentation or related Engineering field Technical Competence Strong understanding of ATE architecture PXI LXI GPIB-based instruments NI LabVIEW TestStand or similar platforms Knowledge of system integration test automation and measurement principles Business Proposal Skills Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals preferred 2-4 years Ability to interpret technical requirements into feasible ATE solutions Strong documentation estimation and cost modeling skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Soft Skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously Team player with cross-functional coordination experience Optional Preferred Exposure to tools like MS Project Jira or proposal management tools Experience with NI PXI Keysight Vector ATE platforms Prior proposal exposure in government defense tenders Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 800 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Have you worked on cost estimation BOM licensing engineering effort and compliance matrices for RFPs RFQs How many years of experience do you have in preparing technical and commercial proposals How many years of experience do you have in preparing technical commercial proposals for ATE Test Automation solutions Work Location In person
