We are seeking a capable and motivated Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for our construction operations The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in accounting with a preference for those who have worked in real estate or construction firms This role requires a solid foundation in general accounting statutory compliance GST TDS financial reporting and day-to-day coordination with internal teams and external accounting partners Success in this position will require strong attention to detail working knowledge of Indian tax regulations and the ability to manage payables receivables and reconciliations in a rapid-paced project-driven environment Key Responsibilities Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain ledgers journals and accurate books of accounts Prepare invoices credit notes payment memos and journal entries Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing Compliance Taxation File GST and TDS returns accurately and on time Handle TDS calculations deductions and payments Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure ongoing compliance Reconciliation Reporting Reconcile vendor accounts bank statements and credit cards Support monthly and year-end closing including adjustments Prepare financial summaries expense reports and project cost analysis Assist in ad-hoc analysis and MIS reporting Cash Flow Budgeting Monitor daily cash flow and support payment planning Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost tracking for projects Collaboration Coordinate daily with external accounting CA firms Work with project teams on inventory and cost data GIN MRN Collaborate with admin HR and site teams for financial accuracy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 280 000 00 - 330 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Have you worked in a construction real estate firm before What is your notice period or availability to join Experience Accounting 1 year Required Work Location In person
