Job Responsibilities 1 Quality Assurance Develop and establish quality standards and specifications for raw materials packaging materials in-process products and finished goods Prepare review and issue Standard Operating Procedures SOPs quality records plant records and other associated documentation to ensure compliance and effective implementation Issue Production Batch Manufacturing Records BMR carry out product label verification and verify completed BMRs post-production to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist the quality team in the effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems QMS Food Safety Management Systems FSMS and regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with GMP GHP HACCP FSSC 22000 QMS and regulatory requirements FSSAI and others Support validation verification and calibration activities Assist in maintaining documentation for certifications internal and customer audits monitor compliance and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions CAPA for identified non-conformities Coordinate with external labs for specific testing requirements Assist in corrective and preventive actions CAPA for non-conformities Support customers by providing completed questionnaires supporting documents and any other required quality-related information Conduct quality training and awareness sessions for production and shop floor staff Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 380 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
