responsibilities Lead the architecture design and development of scalable enterprise-grade UI applications using React JavaScript and modern UI frameworks Drive UI strategy component architecture performance optimization and best practices for large-scale applications Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate microservice-based architectures in GCP ensuring secure and performant communication layers between services and UI Provide technical leadership in frontend engineering practices coding standards and design patterns Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user-friendly and visually compelling interfaces Mentor junior engineers through code reviews pair programming and technical guidance Work within Agile methodology leading sprint planning estimation Engineering or related technical field 8-10 years of professional software development experience with at least 6 years in building enterprise-scale UI applications with React JavaScript TypeScript including hooks state management Redux Context and component-driven development Strong understanding of UI development practices REST API consumption asynchronous data fetching and modern React ecosystem tooling Proven experience in leading and architecting frontend applications with microservice-driven backends Expertise in frontend performance optimization responsive UI accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility Solid understanding of microservices design principles with experience building UIs that consume distributed containerized backends Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform GCP and cloud-native architectures including GCP Pub Sub and messaging systems GCP storage networking and security integrations GCP CI CD pipelines for UI applications Proficiency in RESTful API integration with microservices Strong experience in API Gateway authentication authorization frameworks OAuth2 JWT SSO Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code Terraform Ansible for provisioning UI-related resources Deep knowledge of data structures algorithms and design patterns and how they apply to scalable UI systems Strong in modern software engineering practices TDD BDD automated testing CI CD pipelines Experience with modern SDLC tools Git JIRA ADO Artifactory Jenkins GitHub Actions or equivalent Familiarity with backend languages such as Go Golang and Java SpringBoot to effectively collaborate in cross-functional environments Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive UI strategy and influence decision-making across teams
