Overview We are seeking an Interim Chief Technology Officer CTO for our India-based support team This role is designed for the pre-funding phase of Atman AI where the India team functions as a freelancer-style support unit for the Dubai HQ The Interim CTO will focus on technical execution MVP coordination and vendor management until global funding is secured After funding a senior global CTO will be hired in Dubai to lead empire-scale technology and innovation This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in lean conditions can manage external vendors and freelancers and deliver MVPs across Atman OS pillars while laying the foundation for future global scaling Core Responsibilities Oversee architecture and delivery of early MVPs for Atman OS Identity Safety Money Influence Humanity Vendor Partner Management Coordinate external developers tech vendors and consultants ensure timely quality deliverables Product Roadmaps Translate founder s vision into actionable technical roadmaps with clear milestones Gate A-C Integration Oversight Ensure alignment of India deliverables with Dubai HQ strategy prepare system integration packs for smooth scale-up Coordinate with Project Manager Work closely with the Project Manager to design frameworks select tech stacks and structure systems for building products Tech Documentation Maintain lightweight but clear documentation for IP timestamping investor due diligence and team handovers Company Tech Setup Support compliance for India-side technology operations basic infosec hygiene vendor contracts system access logs AI Tools Adoption Deploy AI copilots automation Zapier n8n and collaboration tools Notion GitHub Jira to maximize efficiency Required Skills Background 3-6 years of experience in software development and technical leadership Proven record of delivering at least 1-2 MVPs in a startup environment Knowledge of AI fintech or security basics preferred Ability to coordinate distributed teams vendors and freelance developers Familiarity with AI tools automation frameworks and rapid prototyping Strong communication skills able to translate technical progress into investor founder-ready updates Ideal Background Prior role as Tech Lead Engineering Manager Startup CTO Exposure to blockchain identity fintech or SaaS platforms Experience preparing technical documentation for IP filings or investor data rooms Compensation Structure Salary Estimate 40 000 - 70 000 per month pre-funding budget range Contract freelancer-style engagement under Atman AI Dubai Potential to transition into a global leadership role post-funding Dubai-based Success Metrics MVPs delivered on time Gate milestones achieved Clean technical documentation ready for IP timestamping and investors Effective coordination with vendors Project Manager and India support team Seamless integration hand-offs to Dubai HQ Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
