Job Summary in list format Manager Finance PMAD Enabler Finance - Independently manage finance and annual planning for Technology Legal Groups including overseas operations - Ensure financial discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures - Centralize and handle finance responsibilities for Technology Legal Groups across UAE and overseas geographies - Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders providing timely financial information and ad hoc reports - Support cost center owners during budgeting and manage monthly financial packs analysis and trend reporting - Oversee energetic cost allocation methods suggesting improvements for better information availability - Collate review and record monthly expense provisions for assigned groups - Monitor technology projects closely ensuring timely capitalization and accurate recording of fixed assets - Develop and track resource allocation models including cost comparisons between FTEs RAs and third-party resources - Centralize and track all bank-wide technology expenses alerting management to issues or surprises - Validate and analyze financial data using MicroStrategy and other automation tools - Support digital strategy and automation initiatives identifying opportunities for process simplification and efficiency improvements - Contribute to operational strategies cost-saving measures and implementation of best practices in finance - Regularly review and update accounting manuals procedures SOPs and RCSA for the finance function - Manage and coordinate with a diverse team of professionals both onshore and offshore - Maintain effective working relationships with internal staff external partners and vendors - Prioritize and resolve problems balancing deadlines and organizational demands - Responsible for delivering all finance-related reports and managing external partners and auditors - Requires excellent communication coordination and basic financial accounting knowledge - CA CWA qualification with 8-10 years of experience preferably in IT companies
