Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in a leading insurance company The role involves end-to-end recruitment talent sourcing and onboarding of high-performing candidates primarily for sales and operational roles The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills a good understanding of the insurance financial services sector and the ability to attract the right talent within timelines Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and closing positions Identify and attract quality candidates through job portals social media references and networking Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications Ensure timely closure of positions across functions mainly sales operations and support roles Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth candidate experience Maintain recruitment MIS trackers and dashboards Build and nurture a solid candidate pipeline for future requirements Desired Candidate Profile Graduate MBA HR preferred with 5 years of recruitment experience preferably in insurance or BFSI sector Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines Self-driven target-oriented and good at stakeholder management Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 37 000 00 per month Work Location In person
